- Reduction of the paper requirement for printouts through a high degree of digitization in order management
- Increased energy efficiency by outsourcing all important server structures to a German SSL-secured
Server farm that relies on natural cooling in rock grottos
- Individual setting of the printing parameters to make the 3D printing process more energy efficient
- Networking of 3D printers as more effective utilization of the machines and improvement of the printer usage profiles
- Maximum utilization of the printer overnight in order to reduce cooling capacity and use night electricity tariffs

2. Manufacturing
- Healthy growth and sensible acquisition of new printing machines enable maximum utilization of the
Printer to reduce energy consumption per printed component
- Avoidance of disposable items such as paper towels by establishing a washing system for cleaning
Industrial cleaning cloths
- Various QM measures to reduce misprints
- Insulated exhaust ducts
- Supply air system for the 3D printer with cold fresh air, which is activated at the appropriate temperatures. Feeding
of outside air significantly reduces the workload of the air conditioning system.

- Use of biodegradable packaging material and packaging material made from recycled paper
